Meet Alejandro Suero

Having grown up in beautiful Key Biscayne, Alejandro came to know Miami’s iconic culture, real estate, and architecture from an early age. His family played an influence in building highest condominium on Key Biscayne, Casa del Mar, as well as other condominium projects throughout South Florida communities. Alejandro majored in Economics with a minor in International Relations and Business at Boston University. Devoted to Miami and his family legacy, he returned to Miami working with high net worth international clients under Meryll Lynch. In 2003, he returned to real estate full-time by opening a boutique firm with his late father for personal investments and family friends. While watching Miami evolve into an international cosmopolitan city, he was able to develop and grow his business success, adding eight associates. In 2006, Alejandro received an MBA at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid in order to expand his international business experience, all while maintaining oversight of his burgeoning company and instituting elevated and contemporary business practices.

 

Now, Alejandro leads his team of talented associates with specializations in mortgages, trusts, architecture, community building, interior design, and more. Alejandro’s hands-on, boutique approach for every client, along with his lifelong devotion to South Florida’s communities, make him an established name in Miami-Dade Real Estate – ensuring every client feels empowered to bring their vision and investments to life. Robust property reports, MLS listings, and community-centric marketing tools are presented specifically with each family in mind, tailoring offerings to their present and future needs. Alejandro is specialized in residential sales, condo conversions, as well as small developments mainly for investors from Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

 

In his personal time, Alejandro is involved with many local museums such as the Perez Art Museum Miami and the De la Cruz Collection as well as organizations that give back through charitable efforts. He also sits on one of the Boston University College Boards. He enjoys many of the cultural events within Miami and he enjoys sharing his love and knowledge of art and design with his clients.

 

Alejandro continues to explore all the city has to offer while watching how South Florida and Miami in particular has continued to progress as an international city with a unique cultural landscape.
